Down South Offroad is located just 1.4 miles west of FM 2100 on the Old Beaumont
Hwy (US 90) in Crosby, Texas. The Park has 1,000 acres of adventurous riding trails, 17
beautiful lakes and over 2 miles of frontage on the San Jacinto River.
Trails
In our 700 acres you will find dozen of trails to keep you busy along with several mud holes, hills, dry pits with steep walls for climbing and plenty of fun to pass the time. Be warned now, you can be adventurous just be ready for the result if you do not double check before running off into a water filled pit
Hours
Friday 3pm – Midnight
Saturday 8am – Midnight (may ride till past midnight)
Sundays: 8am – 4pm (out by 8pm)
We are not open during weekdays.
Pricing
Ages 6 and under are FREE
Ages 7 through 16 is $5 per day or $10 for the entire weekend
Ages 16 and older is $10 per day or $25 for the entire weekend
ATV’s are $5 per day or $10 for the entire weekend
Off-road vehicles are $10 per day or $25 for the entire weekend
